After the huge success of Get Shucked – Summer 2026, we’ve had people begging for more. Our team has been working behind the scenes to bring the next chapter to life – introducing Get Shucked – Winter Edition.

This time, we’re bringing back some of your favourites, along with a few exciting upgrades:

  • Bottomless Bird in Hand wines pouring all night
  • Super Cheese returning with a warm, curated cheese selection
  • Yarra Valley Caviar supplying a premium range, including Sturgeon Caviar exclusively for the night
  • A premium Caviar & Beluga Vodka activation (combined experience)
  • Unlimited freshly shucked oysters throughout the event
  • Live entertainment, with our DJ returning and pairing with a saxophonist for the first time

Join us on Friday 31st July, 6PM–9PM, for Melbourne’s most indulgent oyster and wine experience.

After the main event, our bar and kitchen will remain open from 9PM–11PM with a limited food menu and full drinks list so guests can continue the night.
